Pulse Property is an independent rental-management agency on the southern Costa Blanca, specialising in long-term and seasonal winter lets. We take the work off owners who let their property from abroad — from tenant selection and legally sound rental contracts to property monitoring, maintenance and the tax and legal obligations that come with renting in Spain.
