Optional: protection against non-payment

Especially with longer lets, you want certainty about your income. Through our insurance partner ARAG we can arrange rental default insurance (seguro de impago de alquiler) for you: up to 12 months of unpaid rent covered, plus the legal costs of an eviction if needed. Because we screen every tenant in advance to the insurer’s standard, your property will usually qualify. The policy is arranged through our partner and subject to the insurer’s approval.
